The Challenge

A global retailer with operations across 14 markets needed to consolidate fragmented e-commerce experiences onto a unified composable commerce stack — within a 9-month window dictated by an existing platform contract.

The Solution

We assembled a curated team of seven specialists: a transformation lead, two senior product managers with composable commerce experience, three UX designers fluent in localization, and a data architect. The team plugged directly into the client's program structure with no ramp-up tax.
